Cancellation & REFUND Policy
Guests may cancel their booking until 24 hours before the booking start time and will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the booking time will not be refunded.
LIGHTING
- Our podcast studio lighting is pre-lit with two Godox VL300 daylight LED lights mounted above so you can turn off overheads and have a more cinematic show look for your guest.
- These lights can be controlled by the iPad in the studio along with the LED backlights for accent colors of your choice. There are no windows or natural light in this space.
Sound
- Although our podcast studio setup is not fully soundproof, it is sound resistant and acoustically treated. We have taken measures to minimize ambient noise so our clients can focus on their recordings with minimal distractions.
- We are located in an area away from busy streets and no disruptive noises from neighbors. Our podcast studio is equipped with sound resistant materials to further reduce any external sounds that may potentially affect recordings.
Equipment Loading
- We have 2 loading dock-high bay doors in the back of our production studio that can be accessed upon request to load-in gear. Otherwise, you can use the front door. It does have 2 steps, so please keep that in mind if you’re loading in equipment with carts.

How can I book the podcast studio rental?
What is the size of the podcast studio?
Are there any spaces/rooms off limits?
Our office space is off-limits to shoot and will be locked. Our equipment room outside the studio is only available to staff. The cyclone wall studio is not included in the podcast studio rental, but you’re welcomed to rent the entire space.
Are SD Cards included with the rental?
Is there a cancellation fee?
Bookings canceled before 24 hours of your booking time will not be refunded.
How long can I rent the studio for?
We require a minimum of 2 hours to book our podcast studio, but you can rent it for as long as you like!
Can I tour the studio before my rental?
Yes! Please email us at rentals@cinemastoryproduction.com to schedule a tour.
Can I show up early for my rental?
We ask that you don’t show up more than 10 minutes early so we can have enough time to prepare your desired podcast set up.
Can I bring in food into the studio?
No, we ask that you don’t bring food into the studio to avoid accidental spills. Drinks are allowed, but please refrain from bringing in particularly pigmented drinks like red liquids.
